Lidaria, a leading company in the production and distribution of the best gourmet products on an international stage, was born out of the need to transmit Spanish gastronomic culture to other parts of the world.

We produce olive oil from the cooperative La Pandera in Los Villares de Jaén, where we deliver the olives collected from La Finca Los Cortijillos, owned by the Castro family and inherited from their ancestors. A farm where bicentennial olive trees grow in ideal conditions for the production of the best Spanish olive oil.

Our goal is to bring the best typical Spanish products to each market where there is potential for them, and to achieve this, we seek to be the benchmark in the distribution of premium quality products globally, transmitting an image of product quality, designation of origin and respect for nature and the environment.

At Lidaria we work on the adaptability of the product, designing it specifically for each destination market, focusing on the consumer preferences of each place, without imitations, totally original.
