Tasting notes:

On the nose: high intensity of fruitiness, predominating green and fresh aromas, herbaceous to leaf, artichoke, freshly cut grass and aromatic herbs, such as basil and oregano; and green fruits, to tomato, banana, kiwi and apple; both characteristic of an oil obtained from early harvest olives.

In the mouth: fresh and clean taste, with moderate and balanced bitter and spicy attributes, of pleasant intensity, and light astringent final notes.
