Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained from the Picual, Arbequina and Hojiblanca olive varieties and which has been flavoured with the essence of the Iberian Ham. This special aroma has been achieved by studying the aromatic properties of Iberian Ham, trying to represent them in the most harmonious way in our product. Thus, this EVOO fuses the fruity flavour of medium intensity of the Picual variety, with the intense natural aroma of Iberian Ham and in which light touches of aromatic herbs stand out. It is a perfect blend for stews, bread, cheese, vegetables and pasta.
